Purple Heart Homes has been providing housing solutions for service connected disabled and aging veterans since 2008. They fill the gaps in housing through Veterans’ Aging in Place and Veterans Home Opportunities Programs, encompassing everything from building a ramp for a World War II veteran, to providing home ownership opportunities to younger veterans.
Building a Tiny House to Make a Huge Impact for a Veteran
Lake Norman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram funded the construction of a tiny house to be utilized by Purple Heart Homes as either a transitional home or full-time residence for a veteran who currently does not have a home of his or her own.
