We've got that #FridayFeeling and want to share the story of one of the Veterans we are currently helping.⠀

Meet Reynaldo Ochoa, a Veteran who served in the Vietnam War. ⠀
⠀
While on a rescue mission, his chopper was shot down by enemy fire, resulting in many injuries. Ochoa was awarded a Purple Heart, 2 Bronze Stars with clusters, and many other accolades for his bravery. With the help of your donations and support, Purple Heart Homes will be providing electrical and plumbing work to his home.

Getting involved doesn't only mean volunteering. ⠀

While it is an important aspect of what we do here at Purple Heart Homes, there are other ways to get involved. Making a donation, starting an online fundraiser, or simply spreading awareness about our organization helps us to continue to fulfill our mission.
